Sample Dinner Menu (changes daily):

CANAPES
Pre-dinner canapes or H'ordeurves are served nightly in the Great Room from 6.30pm onwards with a welcome drink or cocktail. A great time to share your adventures and plan tomorrows with fellow guests.
